    My Personal Journey

My journey as a single mother of two and my own early experience with addiction fuel my passion for supporting people facing addiction, anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Moving through these experiences allows me to practice with deep, genuine empathy.

Balancing a home, children, and pets has taught me to use time creatively and wisely. Having lived with anxiety myself, I believe healing goes beyond the office and includes nature, movement, connection, self-care, breathwork, and meditation.

    My Beliefs

I know how busy life can be, and that getting care from home—whether for urgent medical needs or mental health support—is often the safest and most convenient choice.

With over 30 years in healthcare, I’ve learned that truly listening is the first and most important step. Only after hearing what you feel you need do I help guide a treatment plan, whether it’s a quick visit for pink eye and a return-to-work/school note or a deeper consultation for new anxiety.

My approach is open-minded and nonjudgmental, honoring each person’s unique story. Reaching out can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to working with you.

    My Background

I bring over a decade of emergency department and urgent care experience, both in person and via telehealth. These roles sharpened my ability to triage and assess quickly while treating each person with the same care I would want for my own daughters and maintaining a holistic, team-based view of health.

Early in my career, I cared for patients in highly vulnerable moments, including acute psychosis, substance withdrawal, and suicidal crises—experiences that confirmed my calling to psychiatric care. After completing my Family Nurse Practitioner program at Frontier Nursing University, I pursued  additional training to become dual-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I have worked closely with patients managing both medical conditions such as diabetes and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. This combination of training and experience allows me to care for the whole person—head to toe

    Clinical Mental Wellness

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in geriatric neurocognitive care and the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, PMDD, postpartum depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and personality disorders.

I use a whole-person approach that combines medication management with supportive therapies like talk therapy and guided meditation, delivered securely via telehealth so you can receive care in the privacy of your home.

    Certified Yoga Instructor RYT 200

Since achieving registration in 2020, I have maintained a dedicated practice guiding students within professional hot yoga environments. I specialize in Vinyasa, Guided Meditation, and Bikram-inspired modalities. My clinical objective is to synthesize these therapeutic disciplines into my private practice.

I am pleased to offer patients complimentary monthly virtual yoga sessions via Zoom. Participants are welcome to engage with cameras off, ensuring a private space to experience the profound physiological and psychological benefits of intentional breathwork and restorative movement.

How Harmony wholistic Health Was Built

My video.mp4

Harmony Wholistic Health LLC was created after years of working in corporate urgent care, hospital, and outpatient settings, where true patient‑provider partnership was limited. Jenn saw that restricted autonomy, insurance denials, prior authorizations, and high copays often led to frustration and poorer follow‑up and outcomes.

To change this, she founded a telehealth practice focused on individualized, collaborative care. By not accepting insurance and offering transparent, cost‑effective self‑pay rates, Jenn can welcome more patients, spend the time they need, and build care plans based on trust, honesty, and shared goals—so your care can truly look and feel different.
